The price war between the DSL provider is in full swing. Everyone tries to find as many customers as possible. And of course that is best about the price. Existing customers can rarely benefit from these discounts. When the contract terms between 12 and 24 months can only hope that the provider allows the internal switch to cheaper rates.
Alice is in the contract period is a positive exception. It is all just a month tariffs. Alice also tries to keep up in Preiskampft and has reduced prices as part of a summer auction at 5 €. However, existing customers will be converted automatically. This is done using the Alice Lounge on the tab "My Connection" and then under "My product" on the "Change" button. This will open a window where you can participate in the summer auction and thus saves the 5 €.
A bit awkward (especially since Alice is not large indicating), but at least it is possible.
