Ten years ago you could be on a new year, a new decade, a new century and look forward even a new millennium.
Now we must content ourselves with the first two. But frugality is a virtue so I've done the best to make each new day.

I agree with the intent of a colleague for the new year, a better person. It leaves much room for interpretation at the end of the year, when it comes to billing.
